Overview

We manufacture bearing housings, brackets, and sole plates designed for accurate alignment and structural stability. High-strength materials ensure durability under continuous mechanical loads. Precision machining reduces vibration and extends bearing life. Essential for reliable long-term machine performance.

Scope of Delivery

  • Bearing Housing - Includes split housings (ductile iron, labyrinth seals), spherical roller bearings (SKF/NSK), lubrication ports, temperature sensors, shims, and mounting bolts.
  • Brackets - Cast/welded steel brackets (custom geometries), machined bores/plates, lifting lugs, primer/epoxy paint, and anchor bolts for specific roll/doctor positions.
  • Sole Plates - Fabricated steel plates (ASTM A36), levelling screws/jacks, grout provisions, alignment templates, and anchor bolt sets for full machine footprint.
  • Other common components include Anti-vibration pads, seal kits, bearing greasers, precision shims, galvanised fasteners, spares (seals/gaskets), and installation templates.

Key Advantages

  • Bearing Housing: Split-design allows bearing changes without roll removal, handling loads to 500 kN at 1500 RPM while self-aligning to ±0.5° for kraft/tissue runnability.
  • Brackets: Fabricated cast steel (up to 10 tons) with machined mounting faces ensure precise positioning (±0.2mm), reducing deflection in dynamic sections like pope reels.
  • Sole Plates: Epoxy-grouted bases (500-1000mm thick) absorb vibrations, maintain level (±0.1/1000) over 50m widths, and enable future realignments without recasting.
  • Corrosion-resistant coatings extend life 20+ years; modular bolting cuts installation time by 50% vs. direct concrete.
