RC Paper Machines provide motorised stretchers, auto guides, and auto tensioners for precise fabric control. These systems maintain accurate alignment and consistent tension during operation. Reduced manual intervention improves machine stability and fabric life. Designed to enhance overall production efficiency.
Scope of Delivery
- Motorised Stretchers -Includes motorised stretch rolls (rubber-covered, hydraulic actuators), servo drives (0.5-5 kW), position encoders, frame mounts, and tension feedback sensors.
- Auto Guides - Edge scanners/sensors (IR/ultrasonic), steering rolls/pneumatic actuators, guide arms, control cabinet with HMI, and mounting hardware for wires/fabrics.
- Auto Tensioner - Load cells/tension transducers, pneumatic cylinders (0-50 N/cm range), dancer rolls, proportional valves, PLC integration, and safety limit switches.
Other Common Components include Variable frequency drives, instrumentation cables, lubrication-free bearings, spares (seals/sensors), and commissioning for fabric/roll integration.
